• All content, code, designs, and materials created by SK Soft Solutions remain our property unless explicitly transferred in writing after full payment.
• You are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, or reselling our work without written consent.

5. Third-Party Tools

• Our services may integrate with third-party APIs, hosting providers, or plugins.
• We are not liable for the performance, reliability, or changes in third-party systems beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

SK Soft Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including data loss, downtime, or revenue impact arising from use or inability to use our services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in fraudulent activities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhiwani, Haryana.
